Course Information

Overview

This course provides in-depth project management training using Primavera P6  . Topics include Creating new project schedule with full resources and Cash flow ,  updating baselines and apply actual performance data, importing and exporting XER , advance managing data using codes. Detailed instruction on earned value analysis and cost control, as well as lessons on how to calculate percent complete. Students also will learn best practices to provide Dashboard Reports to present project progress status.
